1 (8 ct.) large low carb tortillas (white or whole wheat)
6 Tbsp cinnamon
6 packet Equal
1 package (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2 cups heavy cream
1 pkg Jell-O Sugar Free White Chocolate Pudding

Let's Make It
Lay 8 tortillas on flat surface; spray each tortilla coating the surface. Combine the cinnamon and Equal, and sprinkle over tortilla. Flip the tortilla, and repeat.
With a knife, cut tortillas like a pizza cutting tortillas four times (making 8 triangles). Using the larger end of the tortilla, fold around finger, using tooth pick to secure. Place wrapped tortillas in oven, bake at 350°F, for 10-12 minutes until crisp.
While baking shells, place cream cheese in mixer, cream slowly. Add heavy cream. Beat until cream becomes slightly thick. Add pudding and beat until mixture becomes a mousse consistency. Refrigerate until shells are ready. Once shells are cooled, remove toothpicks, and pipe filling into shells.
