Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pkg any flavor sausage
2 cups (1 bag) frozen seasoned potatoes
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 can flaky biscuit dough
2-3 cups Kraft Shredded Cheese, divided
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut sausage into bite size pieces and combine in large pot with seasoned potatoes and butter. Cover and cook at medium heat until potatoes are soft and almost completely cooked.

Next, layer the biscuits in the bottom of your pan and press them together as if to form a pie crust. Once the potato sausage mixture is ready, pour it over the biscuits and sprinkle about 2/3 of the cheese on top.

Cover and bake for 30-45 minutes or until biscuits are cooked. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese. Let cool, enjoy!
