Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup apple cider vinegar, divided
1 Tbs. red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 dash seasoned pepper
2 dash es seasoned salt
1 medium chilled cucumber
1 large tomato

Combine sugar and only 1/2 the apple cider vinegar in a medium size microwaveable bowl.

Stir. Place the bowl in the microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes. Stir.

Add rest of the vinegars, olive oil, seasoned pepper, and seasoned salt and gently stir until sugar is totally dissolved.

Cube the chilled cucumber and tomato into 3/4" pieces and stir/toss with the liquid in the bowl. Allow to set 15 minutes before serving.

Extra: Vidalia or sweet onion rings from one medium sized onion may be added for more taste variety and color attraction.
