1 pound pinto beans
1 large onion of your choice
4 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons chili powder
3 teaspoon s sea salt
2 teaspoon s steak seasoning
4 cups white rice
4 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Shredded cheese

Sort and wash beans, put then in a large cooking pot, fill with water, bring to a boil.

Add onion, garlic, chili powder, salt, steak seasoning.... bring back to a boil, then cover and simmer for 2 to 3 hours... watch them and put water in as needed.

Make rice according to package.

After beans are done, put rice in a bowl and spoon beans over top. Put shredded cheese on top and serve and enjoy!!!
