1 whole garlic head
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp tahini (sesame-seed paste)
2 tsp minced fresh or 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
2 tsp hot sauce
4 cans (15.8-ounce each) Great Northern beans, drained

Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove white papery skin from garlic head (do not peel or separate the cloves). Wrap garlic head in foil.

Bake for 45 minutes or until tender; let cool 10 minutes. Separate cloves; squeeze to extract garlic pulp. Discard skins.

Combine garlic pulp and remaining ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth, scraping sides of processor bowl occasionally. Serve with French bread.
