Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 cups chopped turkey
2 cups chopped celery
1/2 cup almonds, sliced or chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
Juice of one lemon
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Minute Rice
1/2 cup grated Kraft Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup shredded Kraft Mozzarella Cheese
1-2 cups crushed potato chips

Combine all ingredients but cheese and potato chips.

Pour into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and chips.

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Topping should be brown.
