Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Unroll 1 can of dough in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Press together over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides.
Spread 2 containers of filling over dough. Unroll second can of dough on work surface and roll out into 13 x9 rectangle. Carefully place over filling.
Bake for 20-23 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Once cooled, mix milk with powdered sugar and drizzle top.
