Low cal fat free grain cereal pieces

Cut apple into pieces. Cut bananas into circles. Drain light syrup from pineapple.

Pour all the ingredients into your favorite mixing/serving bowl like you would use for popcorn for your family or friends to eat. Mix well.

Store leftover snack mix in a Ziploc bag or covered container tightly sealed until next time.
