Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 bananas, peeled and sliced
1 bunch of red or green grapes
2 mangos, chopped and peeled
1 can sliced pineapple in light syrup, drained
2 red apples, chopped
2 cans peaches (in light syrup), sliced
4 cups fresh or thawed berries, best if strawberries, raspberries and/or blueberries
1/2 cup nonfat cream cheese
2 cups vanilla yogurt
1 lemon

Put all fruit into one large bowl, drain excess water.

Heat cream cheese in microwave until very soft or melted. In separate bowl, combine yogurt and cream cheese. Squeeze fresh lemon juice into bowl with yogurt and cream cheese. Stir until blended well.

Pour yogurt sauce over fruit and mix well, and then serve.
