Let cream cheese warm to room temperature. In a large bowl, add cream cheese, ranch dressing, chopped green onion (just the green parts) and Worcestershire to taste. Mix all together. Cut up the ham lunchmeat then fold ham into cream cheese mixture.
Form into a ball, place on plate then chill for about 2 hours.
Remove from refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving. Add crackers of your choice.
