Saute onion and celery. Mix together in bowl the soups and milk with whisk. Add pimientos, onions and celery, turkey and half the cheese. Mix in with cooked spaghetti noodles.
Spray baking dish or casserole dish with non-stick spray. Line with asparagus. Spread turkey/noodle mixture over asparagus. Top with remaining cheese. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Remove foil and brown top of casserole for 10 minutes.
