First boil your chicken for 30-45 minutes or until all pinkness is gone.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 325°F. Then mix together the cream of chicken & the sour cream. Then set it aside. Then use a chopper to chop up the Ritz Crackers. Set aside.
Drain the chicken & let cool (can run cold water over chicken). Then separate the chicken. In large bowl mix chicken with the cream of chicken mixture (may add salt & pepper to taste).
Put in bottom of a 13x9 glass pan. Now melt butter & mix with chopped crackers. Sprinkle over top of chicken mixture.
Bake for 30-45 minutes or until bubbling brown.
