Original recipe yields 1 serving
8 split boneless and skinless chicken breasts
8 slices Swiss cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup semi-dry white wine
1 stick margarine
cups 3 to 4 dry Stove Top Stuffing

In large baking dish lay chicken breasts making sure they are not on top of each other.

Put one slice of Swiss cheese on top of each chicken split chicken breast.

Heat cream of chicken soup until smooth. Do not add any milk or water to soup. Once soup is smooth, add in white wine. Mix well. Pour soup and wine mixture on top of chicken and cheese making sure all chicken pieces are covered with mixture.

Next, melt margarine in sauce pan. Once melted turn off the heat and add dry stuffing. Mix well. Sprinkle stuffing mixture over chicken and sauce.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hour.
