Original recipe yields 1 serving
8 Grands Biscuits with butter
1 can apple pie filling
1 can cherry pie filling
1 can blueberry pie filling
3 capfuls rum for each pie filling
1/4 cup sugar for each pie filling
1/4 tsp vanilla extract for each pie filling
Caramel/creme de leche ice cream
Cool Whip Whipped Cream Spray

Spray outside of muffin pan with non-stick spray. Mold each biscuit around the outside of the muffin cup. Bake as directed until done. Let cool. Remove and place on platter.

In small-medium saucepans (depending on how many fillings are used), combine all other ingredients over medium heat.

Spoon generous amount of mixture into each cup. Top with 1 ice cream scoop and fill sides with Cool Whip Spray. You can garnish them with mint, crushed pecans, or slivered almonds. Enjoy!
