6 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
Salt
Pepper
Red Pepper
Garlic powder or fresh minced garlic for stronger taste
3 Tablespoons butter, not margarine
2 teaspoon s rosemary
1 teaspoon dill

Wash chicken breasts, trim and discard all fat. Sprinkle with all spices.

Melt butter in saute pan or skillet, medium heat. Add chicken breasts. Brown on both sides. Garlic and spices will create flavor crystals in bottom of pan - do not remove these.

After chicken breasts are browned, add enough water to cover the bottom of the pan. Scrape bottom of pan and mix with added water. This will form a sauce. Simmer with lid on until chicken is tender, about 20 minutes.
