Combine cream cheese (softened), Cool Whip, lemon juice and mix thoroughly. Add the vanilla pudding, sugar substitute and mix.
Melt margarine or butter substitute and add to crushed chocolate or vanilla cookies. Press into a pie pan. Pour creamy mixture in.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with dollop of Cool Whip.
