Original recipe yields 1 serving
Cake:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
1 large can crushed pineapple
Icing:
1 stick margarine
1 can Eagle brand milk
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 cup pecans

Let's Make It

Mix all ingredients for cake together, and pour into greased and floured 8" x 11" cake pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until lightly brown or done.

While cake is cooling, melt stick of margarine in sauce pan, add Eagle brand milk and stir on low flame until thickened. Add vanilla, stir. Take off heat and add pecans. Pour over cake.
