Melt the margarine in microwave. Add peanut butter and stir until well blended. Add milk and stir again, then add sugar a little at a time.
Shape into balls and place on wax lined cookie sheet. Put a toothpick in each and freeze for 1 hour.
Then melt both chocolates in microwave and stir until well blended. Dip each ball into coat. Place back on wax paper to dry.
