4 large eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 small can pumpkin
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
Cream Cheese Frosting
3 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup stick margarine
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup walnuts

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x11 inch pan. Beat eggs, oil, and pumpkin in bowl until smooth. Stir in flour and all other dry ingredients. Spread in pan.

Bake 35-40 minutes or until light brown. Cool on wire rack 2 hours, then frost with cream cheese icing.

To prepare icing: Beat cream cheese, margarine, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar until smooth. Spread onto cooled cake and sprinkle with walnuts.
