Let's Make It
Soften cream cheese. Fry ground beef and sausage. Season to taste. (I like garlic powder, garlic salt, and plenty of cayenne pepper.) The onion can be cooked with the meat, or chopped and added later.
Mix meat and cream cheese in 9”x12”x2” (or something close to that size) baking dish and spread out across the bottom of the dish. Add onion and taco sauce on top of meat. Add cheese on top of sauce.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for about 15 minutes. Dish out and enjoy.
