Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Season tenders with salt and pepper and set aside. Crush crackers in a mixing bowl and set aside.
Pour dressing in a bowl and season. Place the chicken tenders in the dressing and mix until coated. Roll the tenders in the cracker crumbs until fully coated.
Place coated tenders on a non-stick baking pan. Leftover dressing and cracker crumbs can be poured on top of chicken tenders. Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes to an hour until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes then serve.
