1 lb pork tenderloin pork
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 Chinese five spices powder
1 tsp sherry
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp red food coloring
3 Tbsp hoisin sauce
For dipping:
Hot mustard
Catsup
Toasted sesame

Marinate pork in all ingredients for at least 2 hours.

Bake pork in 350 degrees F oven on a roasting rack for 25 minutes on each side.

Slice into 1/8 inch slices. Fan out on a platter around a small dish of hot mustard, one with catsup and one with toasted sesame seed. Dip into sauce of choice and then into the sesame seed.
