Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add garlic, onion, carrot, and celery to oil and saute well until it leaves oil. Then add mushrooms and cook well.
Put the cooked mixture in a grinder and make a puree adding heavy cream. Bring the puree to a boil. Add the seasonings, and serve hot.
