Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb spaghetti
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
White wine (optional)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans water using soup cans as measure
1 cup regular mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 cups cubed cooked turkey

In large pot prepare spaghetti, but cook for 2 minutes less than directions (cooking will be complete during baking). Drain and set aside.

Saute fresh mushroom, you can add a bit of white wine to mushrooms this is optional.

Mix together soup, water, mayonnaise, sauteed mushrooms, Swiss cheese and cubed turkey. Add spaghetti and mix well.

Place in casserole dish and bake at 425°F until bubbly, about 30 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
