First clean your chicken and cube into 1 or 1/2 inch pieces. Mix honey and milk in a bowl until well blended. Soak chicken pieces in honey milk mixture for 5 minutes.
Mix flour, salt & pepper, and seasoning salt. Coat nuggets on all sides evenly.
Put into a wok, a deep fryer, or a pan. Cook for about 8 minutes or until golden brown.
