Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all crust ingredients in small bowl. Beat at low speed until looks like coarse crumbs. Press mixture on bottom of ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes, until edges are lightly browned.
Stir together all topping ingredients (mix well). Spread topping over hot partially baked crust. Bake for 28-33 minutes or until set
