Peel the cucumbers and rake a fork down each side starting at the top to the bottom until fork groves are all around the cumbers. Slice the cucumbers about 1/4 inch pieces. Set aside.
Use a small round cookie cutter or small juice glass to cut out circles in the wheat bread. You can get two circles out of each piece of bread. Set aside.
Mix the cream cheese and the seasoning salt. Spread on each piece of bread. This can be done ahead of time.
Right before you want to serve, place a slice of cucumber on each piece of bread. You are ready to serve!
