3/4 cup baby portobello mushrooms
1 box Stove Top Chicken Flavor Stuffing Mix
1 can chicken broth
1 can artichokes
2 teaspoon s garlic powder
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 cup corn oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter in frying pan and saute mushrooms.

Mix right in 1 quart casserole dish: Stove Top Stuffing Mix, chicken broth, artichokes, sauteed mushrooms, garlic powder, parmesan cheese and oil.

Place in oven uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
