1 can whole kernel corn with juice
1 can Mexican corn with juice
1 box Jiffy Cornbread/muffin Mix
8 oz Breakstone's Sour Cream
Green chilies or jalapenos, chopped and drained to taste (optional)
Pam non-stick baking coating

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter in skillet or microwave. Mix together butter and all other ingredients until well blended.

Spray medium size casserole dish with Pam. Place mixture into dish.
