Combine yeast and warm water in a small bowl, mix with wooden spoon. Set aside. Using a large bowl, mix sugar, margarine, and salt; dissolve with boiling water. Let cool. Add eggs and yeast mixture. Gradually add flour, mix with wooden spoon. Spray large bowl with Pam and place dough in. Cover bowl for 2 hours or until dough is doubled in size.
Punch dough down and roll out. Cut into 3" or 4" biscuits size. Put them in biscuit pan or cookies sheet and let rise for 2 hours. Brush with margarine.
Bake at 325 degrees F until brown. Brush them with margarine again.
