Tex-Mex Tortilla Roll-Ups

Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened (you can use lite)
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup sour cream (you can use lite)
1 1/2 cups Kraft Shredded Cheddar (or cheddar-jack) cheese (you can use lite)
1 small can chopped green chilies
1/2 small can chopped ripe olives
1/4 cup finely chopped onions (or the equivalent in onion powder)
16 flour tortillas

Cream the softened cream cheese with a mixer on medium speed. Add the rest of the ingredients except the tortillas, and mix until well blended.

Spread the mixture over each tortilla, and then roll up tightly. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for about an hour.

Cut each tortilla into 6 - 1 inch slices. Put on a serving platter with your favorite hot sauce. Toothpicks can be used to dunk them in the salsa.
