Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/4 cup sliced ginger
1/4 cup chopped garlic
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup chicken/ turkey (cooked)
3 cups rice
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped green onions

Let's Make It

Saute the ginger and garlic in the vegetable oil for a minute or so.

Add the chicken or turkey into the mix and saute for a minute or two. Add the rice and mix well.

Pour in the chicken broth and mix to an almost thick soup consistency, and let boil for five minutes. Sprinkle the green onion on top of soup and serve.
