Let's Make It
Butter bottom of a 8" x 12" baking pan. Stir first four ingredients all together and heat on medium high heat, boil until a softball stage.
Once a softball stage, add vanilla and peanut butter. Stir together and beat by hand until extra thick creamy texture for about 15-20 minutes.
Pour immediately into buttered pan and spread evenly. Let set until cooled. Cut into 24 pieces or larger ones if you like. To make more at one time, just double the recipe.
