In medium bowl mix broth, cream of chicken soup and mixed vegetables. Then add the cooked diced chicken and pour into a 2-qt. baking dish.
In medium bowl, mix butter, flour and milk. Mix until smooth. Pour batter over chicken mix.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 to 55 minutes.
