Original recipe yields 1 serving
1-1/3 cups Baker's Angel Flake Shredded Coconut
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp almond extract
Optional: maraschino cherries

Let's Make It

Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Stir in egg whites and almond extract. Mix well.

Drop from teaspoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 325 deg. F, or until browned on edges. Remove from baking sheet at once.

Optional: Add 1 maraschino cherry in center of each cookie for color before baking.
