Lightly spray jelly roll pan with nonstick spray. Unroll bread dough onto the pan. Layer roast beef and provolone, leaving an inch empty on each end of the dough. Roll up.
Brush lightly with beaten egg and sprinkle with fresh rosemary, if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 20 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and slice.
