Spread cream cheese on bottom and up the sides a little on a glass pie plate (or any other container).
Pour drained black beans on top of cream cheese mixture. Pour Ro*Tel tomatoes & green chilies on top of black beans. Top with grated cheddar cheese.
Microwave till cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
