Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 large bag large Jet-Puffed Marshmallows
1/3 cup milk
1 box graham cracker crust crumbs (you will be making two pie crusts without sugar)
1 oz square un-sweetened baking chocolate
1 pt whipping cream

Using clean scissors, cut up large Jet-Puffed Marshmallows into 1/4's in a large bowl. Scald milk (careful not to burn it) and mix into bowl of marshmallows. Set aside and let cool to room temperature (stir occasionally). The marshmallows should melt together.

Make pie crusts according to box directions minus sugar (it will be too sweet with sugar). Set aside.

Grate chocolate into largest bowl. Whip whipping cream in small bowl. Mix all ingredients together in largest bowl. Pour into pie crusts.

Put into refrigerator until it sets. When it sets, cover and put in freezer until frozen. Making sure to keep them level.
