Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 ripe avocados
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice (fresh or concentrate)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
cup 1/2 to 1 Kraft Mayonnaise
Red pepper and cilantro for garnish

Cut avocados in half and squeeze each half into a 3 to 4 cup container which can be sealed. Toss the pit and scoop any remaining ingredients out of the avocado shell. Smash avocado with a fork.

Add chopped onion, lemon/lime juice, salt and chili powder.

Frost the top of the dip mixture with the mayonnaise sealing it to the sides of the bowl. Garnish with red pepper and cilantro. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
