Holiday Dressing

Original recipe yields 1 serving
6 cups bread crumbs (you use FRESH bread for this! I use two bread slices per cup)
1 stick margarine, melted
1 can cream celery soup
2 cans chicken rice soup
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp sage
Black pepper to taste
3 eggs, beaten

Let's Make It

Tear up bread in a large bowl. In another bowl melt margarine. Then add the soups, onion, and spices. Add beaten eggs. Mix well. Add to the torn up bread and mix well again.

Pour into greased (or spray with non-stick cooking spray) large casserole dish. I use an oval 2.8 liter corning dish.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
