3 package s (8 ounce each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut in half the long way
1 cup apricot preserves, melted

Line cupcake pan with paper liners. Put wafer in bottom of each paper.
Beat together until creamy the sugar, eggs, nutmeg, cream cheese. Fill each paper liner about 2/3 full with the filling.
Bake 325 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes (until set). Remove from oven and top with slice of kiwi. Top kiwi with 1 Tablespoon melted apricot preserves.
Refrigerate in liners until just before serving. Then remove liners and arrange on platter.
