Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 package frozen bread dough
2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion
1 small clove garlic
1 Tbsp seasoning salt
Pepper to taste
4 tablespoons A.1. Steak Sauce
1 small can mushrooms
2 cups Kraft shredded cheddar cheese
Melted butter

Let's Make It

Let bread dough rise till double in size. Brown ground beef with onion and seasonings. Drain, add steak sauce and mushrooms, simmer till done.

Take small amount of bread dough, and roll out flat with rolling pin. Roll out to approx.

4 inch diameter. Add small amount shredded cheese and then add small amount of ground beef mixture.

Pull up sides of dough around mixture and place on cookie sheet with folded side down. Continue making until mixture and dough is gone. Should make approx. 12 small round beerocks.

Bake at 350 degrees F about 15 minutes or until slightly golden brown. When done, take out of oven and brush with melted butter.
