1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow or orange pepper
1 onion
2 package s chicken cutlets
2 Tbsp butter/margarine, or more if needed
3 cans tomato sauce :no salt:
1 tomato can filled with water
2 fresh garlic cloves or garlic powder *
Italian seasoning *
Adobo *
Sazon *
Crushed red pepper *

Cut your peppers & onions into eatable slices. Clean and cut chicken into cubes.

Brown your chicken in a pot that will fit the sauce, onions and peppers later. Once browned, add the onions and peppers till they are almost tender.

Add the margarine, tomato sauce, and other ingredients. Reduce to a simmer for at least an hour stirring occasionally.
