Original recipe yields 1 serving
Crust:
2 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 stick butter, room temperature
1 cup plain flour
Filling:
3/4 cup well chopped pecans
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp butter
1 tsp vanilla

Crust:

Leave cream cheese and butter out to be room temperature. Use miniature muffin pans. Mix together ingredients and roll into small balls. Press one in each small muffin tin.

Filling:

Chop pecans well. Mix all ingredients. Add teaspoonfull or so to each muffin tin.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or till crusts are light brown.
