Melt margarine in the bottom of your 9x13 baking dish. Pour crushed graham crackers evenly over the margarine and press down to make a crust.
Pour chocolate chips over the crust. Pour on butterscotch chips. Cover with coconut. Pour can of condensed milk over mixture. Place walnuts on top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
