Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 lb lean ground beef
2 medium size eggs
1 medium onion
1 cup crushed cracker crumbs
Garlic, celery salt & pepper - all to taste
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Combine ground beef, eggs, onion, cracker crumbs, garlic, celery salt & pepper in a large bowl. Mix well and form into balls, the size is your choice. Cook on medium heat until golden brown, drain grease if any.

Mix soups together with milk and add to the meatballs. Let simmer for 5 minutes.

Add smoke and vanilla (they are the secrets) making sure you blend in well. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
