1 pkg fresh mushrooms or 2 sm. cans mushrooms, sliced
1 lg. can (sodium reduced) cream of mushroom soup
1 medium container half-and-half
1 cup white wine (real wine is better than cooking wine in this recipe)

Use 10x13 or larger baking dish, spray with cooking spray. Lay chicken breasts in dish (can overlap on thinner sides of breasts). Sprinkle chopped onions & mushrooms over chicken.

In separate bowl, mix soup, half-and-half, & wine together; pour over breasts. Sprinkle paprika generously over entire mixture.
