Peel avocadoes and remove the pit. Mash with a fork and add lemon juice and salt and pepper and mix together. Set aside.
Combine mayo, sour cream, and taco seasoning in a bowl. Set aside.
Slice olives and chop tomatoes. Set aside.
On one large platter or two smaller dishes spread the beans on the plate. Then layer the avocado mixture on next. Then spread the sour cream layer. Cover the whole thing with cheese. Then add olives and tomatoes on top.
