4-5 granny smith apples (cored, peeled & sliced thin)
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup melted oleo
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 egg

Fill pie pan 2/3 full with sliced apples. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over apples.

Melt oleo in microwave. Add sugar and flour and egg. Mix well. Pour over apples.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
