1 pound fresh salad shrimp
1 pkg (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/3 cup chopped green onions

Place shrimp in cheese cloth and squeeze dry. Combine cream cheese, shrimp and lemon juice in bowl. Mix with a mixer until well blended. Add green onions, fold in until mixed.

Shape into a ball.

Let chill for 2 hours. Serve with crackers
